ITP Happenings

Hogs and Hops Atlanta – Where in Atlanta can you find an enormous amount of local BBQ and fantastic craft beer all in one place? Why, it’s all located at one of your favorite local breweries of course! Your ticket to the event covers all of your BBQ and SweetWater beer samples (not a SweetWater event.) Sample some local favorites like Fox Bros Bar-B-Q, DBA Barbecue, and the Fry Guy will keep you fueled during the festival. This is a rain or shine event, with plenty of tents and indoor space available.

Sweet Auburn Springfest – The Sweet Auburn district of Atlanta is the heart of the Civil Rights movement. This historic neighborhood will forever be remembered as home of Ebenezer Baptist Church where Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. preached. Sweet Auburn Springfest is a free, 3 day festival where you can enjoy plenty of live performances, artists, and amazing food.

OTP Happenings

Roswell Beer Festival – Historic Roswell has done an amazing job over the past couple of years of remerging on everyone’s radar (even ITP folks know.) This weekend, Canton Street will be celebrating the inaugural Roswell Beer Festival. The event will be held in the large parking lot next to Pasti’s, on the corner of Canton and Magnolia Street. Tickets to the event are $40 at the gate and they benefit the Star House Foundation. Advanced tickets can be purchased until the end of the night on Friday for $30!

Barefoot in the Park – The Barefoot in the Park event is a fine arts market located on the Duluth Town Green. The event exhibits a variety of local and regional artists and entertainers and goes from Saturday to Sunday. If you’re looking for something pretty laid back, and family friendly, this should be a great event for you.

Kick back with a West Coast brew this weekend: Green Flash Le Freak Belgian IPA (scores 90 on Beer Advocate) is currently pouring at Moondoog Growler locations across Atlanta. The beer is a Belgian Trippel mixed with an American IPA.
